Nikko has assured itself a place in Geek Valhalla for the creation of the new R2-D2 DVD projector. The new toy mirrors the function of its on-screen counterpart by projecting movies, photos and video games through a projector in its head. It also contains a DVD player, iPod dock, FM wireless audio and an Awesome Sauce dispenser (though that last feature might be purely metaphorical.) Watch the video and get ready to geek the fuck out. The pre-order price for the R2D2 projector is about $4,000.
